What warranty do the devices have?

Mobile devices, such as cell phones or smartphones, have a one-year (12-month) warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is provided by the manufacturer and must be arranged directly with them.

How do I return a product that I buy in the store?

You can return the product at no cost directly to the Cuballama store in Hialeah located at 1197 W 49th St. FL 33012, or through the Postal Service. To request a return, you can contact our Customer Service Department via chat at www.cuballama.com or send us an email at [email protected].

Once we receive the returned product and verify that it does not show visible damage, we will proceed to refund the amount to the same card you used to make the purchase. Make sure you return the product in its original packaging and include the original charger, battery, cables, and any additional accessories that came with the package.

 

What routes does Cuballama use to ship devices?

We offer you two shipping methods so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs when making your purchase on our website:

Shipping to your home through Postal Mail with an additional cost, which will be paid at the time of purchase.

Estimated delivery date:

Once the package has been processed for shipment (usually within 24 hours), we will send you an email with the tracking number so you can track your shipment and the estimated delivery date. However, please note that the delivery date is only an estimate and may be subject to delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

Once you receive the tracking number, you will be able to track your shipment in real time on usps.com.

What is the exchange and return policy?

If the package has been damaged during transport:
If upon receiving your package you notice visible signs of deterioration, bumps or any other damage caused during the transfer, we ask you to accept the package and contact us immediately, providing:
* Photos or videos of the package from the front and the back, showing the details of the defect or damaged area.
* Purchase Order Number (you can find it in the Purchase Confirmation email that we sent you when you purchased the device, or in the Payment History in the ‘My account’ section of your Cuballama account).
If the device you received does not match the one you purchased:
If upon receiving your package you realize that the item sent is a different model or color than the one you purchased, please contact us by providing:
* Photos or videos of the device and the packaging received.
* Purchase Order Number (you can find it in the Purchase Confirmation email that we sent you when you purchased the device, or in the Payment History in the ‘My account’ section of your Cuballama account).
If the device presents any original defect or anomaly:
If the device has a defect or anomaly of origin, you have up to 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package to inform us about the problem. After those 7 calendar days, the 1-year warranty for the device must be managed directly with the manufacturer.

To report a malfunction, you must provide:
* Purchase Order Number (you can find it in the Purchase Confirmation email that we sent you when you purchased the device, or in the Payment History in the ‘My account’ section of your Cuballama account).
If you have changed your mind:
If you receive your order in perfect condition, but later regret the purchase, you can also request a return or exchange. To do so, you must request it within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase in our online store. The product to be returned must be in perfect condition (no signs of use, both external and internal) and all accessories must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. To request the exchange or return of the device, you must provide:
